Selling Laptops which are not cleaned properly.
Be warned!!!, Cash converters in Edenvale bought laptop for R9000, discovered that it was never cleaned properly it a had a bit locker setup. Never even a given the bit locker key. Went back never showed up for help it was just my problem - and said it is software related problem with was out of warrant.!!! I sad I am just looking for a bit locker to work on PC the code is not a application system and I just need a bit locker key that is all. The branch tells HO to stop the call Hence even Head Office does not have power to control their branches. Never will I buy electronics anymore there

08 Sept 2025, 17:35The daughter for my sister-in-law also recently bought a laptop in consideration that the entire family has been buying laptops from them. this is two months ago she went to change it because chrome and other internet browser are used the laptop will switch off - she requested that it is changed or we add money on top to get another one that could work they refused and offered to fix it, was taken for fix however she sent it back because the laptop still switches off when it searches in an internet. They now refusing to help her, they cannot take it back they want her to pay for fixing the laptop that has never worked properly since acquired
It is quite shocking how they treat you when you query their products and not even willing to assist their valuable customers.
Folks I am telling as is just to warn anyone on electronic staff from Cash converters - and this is Meadowdale branch - they just lost touch with customers .
