Rude and unhelpful
I am currently sitting at the Cash Converters in Stoneridge waiting. So far I have been waiting over 20min. Bongani ushered me and my mother aside, I had to ask if someone was going to help us only to get told the other guy is on break. There has been no manners or friendly service what so ever!!!
