Rude and *********** staff and Management
My husband & I went to cash converters Northgate to pay for our loan & collect the Plasma Tv. The item was handed to us wrapped & we collect and we proceeded home. While on our way home my husband decided to unwrap & inspect the TV. He notices a crack on the screen & decide to return back to the store immediately. Upon arrival he's told to wait outside as the cashiers are cashing up, which he was fine with until the staff members decided to knock off without attending to him AFTER THEY TO HIM TO WAIT OUTSIDE! Next day Sunday 01.03.15 We are attended by George (store manager), after explaining to him what had happened he rudely dismisses us & says \You broke your TV
