ROGUE DEAL

In January 2024 l pawned R3000.00 at CASH CONVERTERS --SOUTHGATE and put my 8.75kva/7kw generator as collateral. Since then I've been paying R600.00 plus on the last day of the month without fail. On the 31 March 2025 I went to pay the interest as usual and I was told that my item has expired on the 28 March 2025 and therefore I have to pay the selling price or lay-by the item which will be determined by them.. For somebody who has paid for this long, I never got notification that my item is about to expire. What saddens me more is when they brush me off by letting me write my particulars on a book and promised to phone me as I was prepared to buy it back from them, but nobody phoned.
