I took a pay day loan at cash converters pinetown October 2019 of R750, which in turn I need to pay R1004 month end. To my suprise R958.81 was debited on my account month end, and when 8 went back to cash converters to re apply, I was told that I need to pay R114 that is outstanding. As to how nobody knows, Athena the consultant promised to find out from their head office and she got back to me stating that the lady by the name of Ratchel said unfortunately they don't know what happened and nothing can be done with the situation. Son instead of paying R1004, I ended up paying R1072.81, difference of R68.81 and nobody knows and nothing can be done about it. I feel ****** of my money and I don't know if this is the way to milk hard working citizens for their profit. I am very dissapointed with cash converters especially telling the consultant to tell me that the is nothing they can do about the situation.
