Cash Converters are really a shark business, they offer R1700 for a R13000 two month old gaming laptop, luckily I wasn't desperate in need of cash, I eventually sold the unwanted gift (laptop) in the local classifieds for R10000, they prey on the needy or desperate people, my advice is to NOT do business with this company at all
