Regular payments but no update with the bureaus

I had 2 loand with cash conveters I paid up 1 and I am now left with 1. I bought a credit report that shows all major credit bureaus. I noticed that my cash converters balance has not been changed with the credit bureaus even though I have been pating and getting updates about the balance from cash converters. The last update with the credit bureaus was July 2018 and it is still showing the initial amount even though now the balance is almost half that. Please assist in updating this information with the credit bureaus as it is affecting my score drastically.
