REFUND REFUSAL!

This is my second complaint and no one has bothered to contact me! Is this how you treat your customers? My complaint was made on the 23rd of December and still no reply! This is disgusting customer service. All I got is an automated response! I REGRET BUYING FROM CASH CONVERTERS!
