Query made over ****** items sold @ Hillfox and got response
<p>I was made aware of some of my ****** items appearantly sold @ your Hillfox store. I made contact via your website to query this over 2 weeks ago and there has been no effort from your side to contact me to help me resolve this issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now the question is, are you guilty of buying ****** items hence you ignoring my inquery?</p>

Please note Cash Converters stores are owner managed and I have sent through this complaint to the store as well as the regional operations manager. They will be in contact with you shortly.
Cash Converters has been in the second hand buying and selling of items for 22 years in Southern Africa and 33 years internationally. I can assure you we work closely with the South African Police Services to help prevent ****** items being sold in our stores. We are a trusted brand and I assure you if ****** goods passed through our doors we will deal with it immediately and effectively.

I got a call from the store owner and he committed to mailing me so we can get a list of items and the ID Number etc of the suspect. I confirmed my email address but I still have not got the mail or a follow up call a week later. If it is such a mission for him to mail me kindly provide me his details and I will send the mail to him

And I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. I will be speaking to my lawyers to find out my legal rights considering you have no interest in assisting me in a ******** matter. Maybe SAPS needs to come pay you a visit to make sure all business is legit and there is no underhand shady deals going on. Cause honestly - if you have no interest in assisting in a ******** matter you either working with the ********* or it doesn't phase you that you may have ****** items within your inventory. Either way that leaves a very taste in one's mouth
