Pure lack of customer service

Cash converters midrand mall is a definite no go zone. Customer service from the owner Colin down to the chain to there front desk employees is just absolutely terrible. After many fights with the company I said you know what let me trust them and just pray my heart out that everything goes well. Well they are a clear example to why you never trust anyone! Always double check and fight to make sure that things get done because when you don't **** happens. I made payment for my item and came to fetch it 2 weeks later. Guess what they had put it on the shelf to sell. So if I did not come that week they would have sold my item?? Worst is they cleared all my special memories on it that I fought to keep. Very disappointed on Colin and his whole team. I would not recommend this store to a single person.
