Promises promises,no service

On tuesday 8 september I walked into the store and saw a small smokey Joe Weber original braai standing on the floor,but it had no price tag. I called a manager and asked him what the price was and he told me it was not supposed to be on the floor as it only came in the previous day. It normaly has to cool off for 7 days before they can sell it so i asked him to keep it for me as i was interested in it,he took my tel number on paper and put it into the braai where it was standing in the back.7 days passed and I walked in the next tuesday only to find that it was not there any more and no one phoned me. My time and fuel was now wasted. Maybe he wanted it for himself or a friend,but botom line my time and money was wasted. Thank you very much!!!!
