Pricing and proof of sale.

Good day I sold my Defy front loading washing machine model DAW384 today at Balfour Park shopping centre in Jhb at around 12:30 to 1:00pm. I am a bit concerned on how the transaction and pricing was handled. The store was not busy when I came in however the process took a bit long and made mee suspicious of the consultants. Furthure I would like to know whether is it standard practice that as a client I don't get proof of sale even if I ask for it. I ask as I feel it was just very suspicious. Regards Kobe
