Poor service cash converters east rand value mall

I bought inline skates for my daughter,a combo at cash converters at east rand value mall.it was sealed with glad wrap.i did not open the box.i went back to bloemfontein.i opened the night before just to see,before i gave it to my daughter the next day.i opened the box to find inline skates that did not match the picture on the box,both are the same foot.no left and right.ones blades are fixed with "tek *****s".it is complete and utter ****.i did phone the store,and the manager "vincent".told me that he will refund me and i should send bank details after he sends me a sms so that i can reply with my banking details.i havent heard from him since.then after a couple of days i phoned again,this time speaking to "jason"that also said he will refund me,and he will send a sms to reply with my details for a refund,again no response therafter.this morning i spoke to jason again and he told me that the problem was resolved,and i told him,i havent received my refund as nobody has send me a message for my banking details,he took my number again to send the sms to where i can send my banking details,and yet again no reply from them.that is very poor service,and how can they sell poor and broken products.i really do hope that i would receive feedback now.
