POOR Service Cash Converters Bedworth Park

I purchased a Cordless Silicone Gun Online From Cash Converters Bedworth Park Park, the item arrived without the charger and it was advertised with the charger, I Contacted the store and spoke to the manager Sally around 12:30am on 2 October 2023 she said that she will find out where the charger is and will get back to me but did not get back to me as I followed up with her later in the day and she admitted that she conveniently forgot about it but will see what she can do, I then get a call from a different person working there and she said she will arrange an overnight courier to collect the battery from me to find the right charger for me, a lady by the name of AdriaanP from the head office then emails me on 3 October 2023 (Today) sending an economy waybill instead of an overnight waybill telling me that's what she was instructed to do, im very disappointed in cash converters and Sally the Manager and do not know if I'll recommend anyone to buy from them as the service delivery is poor and the products does not arrive as per how it's advertised.
