Poor service at Cash Converters Lemon Tree

During my visit, I encountered staff who were unhelpful and dismissive in their approach. My queries were not properly addressed, and I felt that I was not treated with the respect and attention a customer deserves. This made the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. After 45 minutes of waiting and only one employee working at a snails pace because he is busy but was talking on the phone and making jokes with other employees. As a customer, I value efficiency, clear communication, and courteous service—especially when dealing with financial matters such as pawning items. Regrettably, this was not reflected during my visit.

Due to this experience, I will not be making use of your services again. I also feel strongly enough about the poor treatment I received that I intend to take this matter further and make other customers aware of the level of service I encountered.
