Poor service at cash converters centurion

Today I made a phone call to cash converters at centurion mall to ask if they are taking baby's car seats and prams and the lady said yes. I made sure that the call was recorded for reference. When I got there, they told me that they are no longer taking baby stuff as they have bad market. I asked to speak to a manager (Vanessa) and she told me that the lady who answered the phone is a cashier on the other side so they can't buy those things. I told her it was unfair for me as I had to pay R200 for the transport because they said I must come, and she said she can pay me R100 for each car seat so that I can pay transport! The value of those was not even that amount (Ferrari, nania and craco pram). We ended up going back with no sale and a loss on my side and I told the manager how unhappy I am and will take this matter to the next level. She then asked my number and I refused because she couldn't assist me. I've been a happy client of cash converters for a year but today I was disappointed. I've got the recording of the call whereby they've confirmed of taking those items. Plz help. Thank you kindly
