Poor customer service

i had a terrible experience with casj converters,i bought a laptop and it only lasted one month and went blank,i took it back and had to wait 7days after 7days another 21days,after that they told me ots not refundable and were rude and i complaint on Hello Peter,Thanks to Hello Peters quick responds within a day my problem were solve,the manager of the store helped me shopping in return of the laptops money,i was amazed,Thank you HelloPeter
