Poor customer service

I have emailed cashconverters centurion at 9am as I want to sell a home applliance up till now no one has bothered to come back to and this is not the 1st time last week I tried to sell gym equipment I spoke to Richard and got informed the wasn't any vehicles in which was not true I was at my local spar and to my suprise I see a the cashconverters van then I spoke to them and they came to my house and I sold the gym stuff. I also contacted CashCrusaders centurion this morning the manager Called me back within 30mins to say sorry they don't do second hand appliance I'm selling even Advised me to try sell it pvt that was great service he knew he couldn't help but still was awsome so why is it so hard for cashconverters centurion I feels like I'm begging them to do business with them catch a wake up I'm sure you loose business like this.I have even asked manager Albert for feedback no response don't ignore potential clients that's poor customer service.
