poor client service

i have bought a samsug s4 on the 14/09/2017 since i bought the phone it was overheating and keeps on freezing and battery got drained very quickly. I toiok it to a cell ohne repair shop for assesment and was told the motherboard was going

I took the phone back they could onyl attend within a week to my complaint and i must be without a cell phone for a few days

with my work i travel a lot and cant afford to be without a phone i am now forced to buy a second phone this is really useless
