Pleasant experience - Cash Converters Menlyn Retail

I've visited this store a handful of times in the past year, and on each occasion I was impressed by the willingness of the staff to assist. If they didn't know a specific detail about a product, they tried to find out.

And when purchasing an item, they also made absolutely sure that it was in working order and fully operational (and that I was aware of what accessories were and weren't included, software updates, etc). They were even able to suggest a few shops nearby where I would be able to find a compatible USB cable.

All in all, a very pleasant experience/s. My compliments to the menlyn retail team.
