Pathetic service from Cash Converters Midrand Mall

Worst Branch to do business with, called in to enquire about payment for my products and spoke to one of consultant who told me an amount to pay and confirmed banking details to use, I paid the money and the next thing when I enquired my products were sold regardless . They're now refusing to refund me , everytime I enquire I'm told we'll speak to the Boss or they hang up the phone on me while speaking to them, been a month now...how pathetic.
