Pathetic service.

Terrible service i received today at cash converters black heath i bought 4 DVDs yesterday when i got home 3 of them didnt have sound and 1 was empty i bought the movies coz they where my old time favorites regardless of being cheap. I went back to the store and only to be told they dont do refunds or swap thats the company policy i suggested they put a DVD player to check some DVDs before they sell them the rude lady who refused to tell me her name just said ‘do u see how many dvds we have i asked to see the manager who didnt give a rats ass instead sent some rude person to come attend to me. Customer service very important even if a person spends R1 in your store they are important i guess i will never deal with people like this ever
