PATHETIC

Iwent to them yesterday and the systems were off got told by Akiv that I have to come back in 2 hours. He was at the car he touched the set when he said this. Jeanetteconfirmed that I have to come back.. When I did I waited for 25min. Then got told they cant help me, so inplace of there so called help I wasted fuel and time to get money to pay for my Cancer medication. So inplace of trying something else my time was wasted by them. It was to late I had to cancell my appointment, so thank you so much to your people. Also I would suggest you look at the manager there, he is never friendly he is never helpfull he is rude and arrogant. People like this does not belong in front line positions, I would suggest you get a customer service expert like myself that did mistery shopping for companies like Toyota and VW and BMW to teach them people skills and customer service.
