Paid off account still showing as owing on credit

<p>I have paid off my account last year June for cash converters.. I paid it through black fox and till today no one has removed my name and marked this account as paid off and its affect my credit score. </p> <p>I have called both black fox and cash converters and no one is helping me am being transferred and or referred to vall both companies..</p> <p>i need this account updated correctly and show it's been paid off.</p> <p>i even have paid up letter fromblackfox.</p> <p> </p> <p>i need this resolved </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
