Out of cash

It was the second time I went to Cash Converters Montana to take out ñ loan that they showed me away due to not having cash. The excuse I got was that I had to go earlier in the day, due to the time of the month etc. Nowhere on any ad do they specify or warn about time of day or month to take in your valuables. What are people like myself to do that work shifts etc that just cannot drop everything and go at a specific time that's convenient to THEM!?
