Obakeng doesn't know his work

Yesterday I go to your Woodmead branch to make payment on my cash advance, this *********** fool tells me that my advance expired and is on the floor, I asked him what the fvck does he mean because I renewed it last month on the 27th so can it expire before 30 days. After he realize he fvcked up he doesn't even apologize which is pathetic given that I was ready to fetch my receipt of last payment. That foll doesn't know his job!!!!
