Not updating my profile

I have been a customer of you for years now. Been buying and selling and even taking out payday loans. So you have made money from me. The problem i have is I ran into some financial difficulties and couldn't pay back my cash advance. Months later I had all the money and payed the outstanding amount. This after I was handed over and my credit report updated negatively . i paid the outstanding money on 21 August 2018. Today is 4 September and my credit report has still not been updated. You have received your monies why is it such an issue just to inform the credit bureau to update my profile. you could not wait to send them negative info.
