Not purchasing any items from Cash Converters George anymore

Definitely my last visit to Cash converters George.☹️

Impulsive buying had me buy a chipped item, at a cheap price. The item then became faulty, and still within the guarantee period I took it back, and the team is sticking to their story I chipped the item, therefore they cannot take it back. Conveniently the cameras was out of the order, when purchasing the item from the previous owner. So it's my word against theirs. One of team members at the store even advised the day of purchase, that the item is chipped, I said it's fine, as long as it working. I'm done with you Cash converters George. ?☹️
