Not interested in keeping to appointment/s

Signs are displayed that they come out to one's premises. On Friday I asked whether they could come out on the following Saturday. They were short staffed so promised to contact me and come out on Monday. Got a call on Monday, and was told that they would contact me later to come out. I waited until Wednesday without any word from them. I called again on Wednesday afternoon and an appointment was made for Thursday 9am. I waited, and at 10am went to their shop in town only to find the person with whom I made the appointment still at the shop. I believe that they are just not interested in coming out to one's premises even though they have these signs displayed. And I find it unacceptable that they make arrangements which they don't keep to, without the common decency to even contact one to apologise or anything. I call it \customer shedding". I will quietly go away and find another organisation to deal with"
