non existant after sales service!

This store does not even deserve 1 star. I purchased a DJI drone from them — delivery was prompt, but upon testing I discovered it doesn’t even switch on as the controller is faulty. The battery has reached the end of its life, and to make things worse, the unit is still bound to the previous owner’s account so one can not use a different contolooer with it. That makes me wonder how they even purchased this unit without testing it first?

I contacted the store for a return and refund — but all they are doing is dragging their feet. After more than a week, I am still stuck with a useless unit/paperweight and R10,000 out of pocket.

Absolutely not recommended!
