NON ESSENTIAL GOODS....

Hi there I'm a customer with Cash Converters Game City. I would like to ask why are being charged 20% over and above the interest of the the borrowed money. We were tolled on the 4th April to come collect our goods. As I have lot of things with the store I could not afford to collect all of them at ones, And after the weekend of the I went to collect my phone and camera Flash light I could only get my Phone because the flash is not essential it was not released to me. What I want to is that why was I charged 20% because the store was opened on the 4th. And all of my goods which are in the store are non Essential goods will I be charged 20% for all of them when the are ready to be released.?
