No refund received

I purchased and item online which was not in stock at the Pietermaritzburg branch, I received and email on the 2nd of August 2022 saying that the amount has been refunded to my account. Numerous emails, phones calls and requests I have not received my refund 😑 I have requested proof of the transaction so my bank can locate the refund and I get absolutely no response from anyone!!! Super frustrating and I am out of pocket by R 377 and the cost of phone calls
