No proof of payment
On 2 September I settled my loan account with 2965 cash to date I haven't received the receipt. Kgomotso the lady who was assisting me said the system is refusing to generate the token. I requested them to give me a payed up letter because there is no way I can live thr shop without a receipt. The paid up letter I received dies not have a signature. Ined a receipt because I payed 2965
