No Interest in customers needs

I have settled 2 cash converters accounts accounts with an external party, since settlement, neither the third party nor cash converters have been of any assistance to me about getting paid up letters and updating my record on ITC after they had promised to do it. They no longer respond to my emails and no one is bothering to assist.

Just horrible.
