no help from staff

I have a existing payday loan,I called on tuesday the 15th Dec2015,spoke to zanele in loans department and advised that i will pay on the 19th Dec 2015,Went in on saturday and they said they have closed up yet shop was open,Told to come back on monday and the interest will be the same,Went back today and no one in that area,called another staff member and was told i need to wait until she is back from lunch,I the customer must now wait to pay them and im there in my lunch break,unacceptable......I called the store and spoke to the so called manager,Asked her to bring up my account,Asked what is the interest charged on my account and at what percentage is it charged,She said 4 times that its on my contract,asked her to tell me what % do they charge for loans,she had no idea and called herself a manager,does not deliver proper service to customers and does'nt even know their rules and poicies.told me People are entitled to their lunches and that its okay to make me wait because they are on lunch.Advised her that I will not pay any extra interest on this account as I have tried to make payment twice,Saturday and Monday.Im am disgusted at the service levels at that store.useless
