No Feedback excuses Manager cant spell email
I have made a report to Cash Converters on the 8 regarding ******* use of my hoverboard when it was supposed to be kept for safe Keeping. The reply from Customer care by Natalie is the Manager @ queenswood cant spell, So it makes sense why my good where vandalized whilst in Cash Converters care.<br> On the 08 December 2015 I gave in My Balance scooter for a Cash loan for R1500. They took in my scooter and promised that it will kept safe. When I returned for the Scooter on the 12 December 2015 and paid my loan in cash I then tested the scooter before I left the sales counter and found that the balance sensor was not responding, I told Johan and his manager and showed them that this can only happen if the scooter was used or \since the device is imported and parts are expensive"they probably sold these parts t some and thought that they could get away with it. I took my scooter for quotation on repairs and found out that the parts that were faulty was the Sensor plate"
Dear Tsebo
To clarify, I emailed you on my return to the office early January to explain that the Regional Ops Manager had misspelt your email address when sending you our official response. I then forwarded his email to you which was date stamped back to December. To date you have not acknowledged receipt of this email. I used the exact email address supp**** by you above.
In that email to you I passed on the Queenswood Franchisee's invitation for you to view the CCTV footage of the secure area, where we store pawned items, at the time of your transaction. You are also welcome to view the CCTV tapes for the period that your scooter was in this access controlled store room.
I notice that you posted recently that a cellphone repair company might be using your phone for spare parts. Cash Converters is not in the spare parts business. Shelving is already at a premium for the quality used goods that we retail.
