No customer service, took my money and never received my item.

What a disappointment Cash Converters Platinum Square and customer care department is. I purchased a bracelet online 28 August around 9am and have not receive any feedback regarding my purchase. Took my money but don't respond to calls, WhatsApps or emails. Customer care utterly useless, they just acknowledge your email other than that they are of no use. So I'm left with my money ****** by Cash converters and no way of recovering it. It's your choice but my advice is always to stay away from businesses with poor customer service and judging from the reviews on hello Peter it's clear this business does not value their customers. Not doing any further business with this ****a shop.
