Moment of misery turned into a moment of magic

I was appalled at the level/lack of customer service I received at CC Parow branch on Sunday upon wanting to return a faulty item. The lack of customer service defies description mainly from the one assistant lady manager who even failed to identify herself hence me not knowing her name, the other assistant manager Howen was somewhat helpful but still failed to assist me due to my 1st encounter with the other ass. manager. She was outright rude, unhelpful and refused to offer me any sort of resolution. I requested on numerous occasions for me to speak to the store's owner who is also the regional manager however my requests fell on deaf ears and was made to feel as if I was in the wrong for wanting to return a faulty item. When questioning them about the returns policy of the company I was told to call head office but I couldn't do it from the store as it is not company policy. This experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth about Cash Converters as a whole.I contacted Anthony Senamela manager at Vasco, who by just going a little bit further than expected resolved my issue almost immediately as if it was second nature.Thank you to Bruce and Anthony for always delivering!
