Misrepresentation of Service

Earlier today about 11am I went to cash converters benoni to pawn some items only to find the pawn section closed without any signage or info informing so the closure. The staff in main store said I should come back at 3pm which I did.

Upon my arrival and after waiting in the long queue, I was told that none of my items would be accepted namely: 2x brand new board games, 2x Framed Pictures, and 1x Flat screen tv rotater. The reason for non acceptance was "we have too many!"

It wasn't more than 2 months ago I got an sms saying "we accept everything", all sh advertising says "bring your unwanted items", no where does it say, it depends on what we have already.

This goes against all advertising, is a misrepresentation and a complete waste of time and moneys for people that made their way to this store, twice like me.

Everyone in that queue either got turned away or left because of the ridiculous offer.

So I ask....what is going on with this store!
