Misrepresentation / false advertising by cash converters Mall at Reeds

Had a very bad experience with cash converters Mall at Reeds. I was assisted by one Teboho Sibusiso Lethela(Teboho) whom I met on facebook market place after falsely advertising a macbook pro. I asked him twice about the year model and his response was that it was a 2018 model. I then went to the shop on saturday (19 November 2022) to purchase it, again he confirmed that it was a 2018 model. After i had purchased it and took it to a technician for installation of softwares, it was discovered that this is actually a 2011 macbook. I call Teboho and asked, his response was a simple 'sorry we will have a look at it bro'. On monday when i tried to return the macbook because of this misrepresentation, the manager refused to take it. Today Teboho tells me that I will have to sell them (cash converters) the mackbook. He then hanged up and blocked my number. Is this how cash conveters do business?
