Misleading adverti*****t and dishonest to consumers

Cash Converters claim they offer lay-by payment option on their products, but when you get to the store it's a different story - there is nothing like that. When you lodge a complaint with their Complaints Department you are told that it is a discretion of the store owner to offer such (lay-by payment option), but why are they not putting that in simple terms and be honest to say that lay-bye is not a guarantee? Cash Converters is misleading and dishonest to the general public. And the store owner at the Cash Converters in Centurion Mall, is plain arrogant and uncivil. How these companies continue to exist and operate with such ***** business conduct, beats me.
