Midrand China Mall store

I’m really disappointed in the service I received at you China Mall branch in Midrand,

The agent shook me down for an extra R250 on a TV I wanted to purchase at store price, once I refused to pay the access amount which, again wasn’t not included in the store prices. The sales agent proceeded to sale the TV I showed interest in to a customer who wasn’t even at the shop. but yet still got a huge discount (selling price R5300+-) but the TV was sold at R4500

I’m not sure if this is how Cash converters conduct business, but I’m very upset and will be taking this matter up with the relevant Ombudsman.
