****med at Cash Converters at Durban Greyville Branch

I bought a chainsaw in December 2023 at Cash Converters in the Durban-Greyville Branch and when I tried to use it and never worked. I returned it on 8th January 2024 I was treated like a piece of trash. I waited for 3 hours waiting to be attended by branch managers(Jenny and Warren).I was told to buy a new chain because it is wear and tear, I told them that the chainsaw was never used and I requested my refund as the promise that id does not work I must return it for the refund. They refused to refund me and I was told to do what I wanted to do. I wanted the contact details for the store owner and Jenny refused to give them to me. The complaint was lodged with their service desk with ref no : IS-304170
