Managers are Barbaric

<p>I just went to buy a new monitor from Cash convertors Boksburg, took it home and literally half an hour later took it back. The manager told me no refunds in the most rudist way. I try to explain to him that it doesnt work but he kept telling me to take something else or they will buy it back for 60%...???? </p> <p>I tried to explain to him that it wasnt working, but then came up to my face shouting at me and telling me i swore at him. When i asked him that we could look at the camera whether or not i swore at him he called security.... </p> <p>Keep i mind that i spend at least 10k at this store a month for our bussiness. I giess that the kind of service and behaviour you get when you employ cheap labour...</p> <p>Do not support this store. The staff are always very helpfull and super kind but the manager is an absolute uneducated, uncultered and ill mannered person, Who does the name of that compay wrong. His nane is Rudoplh</p>
