Manager treated us so bad - racial

On Sunday my daughter and I went into Cash Convertors Stoneridge to get a payday loan. The little lady there was extremely helpful and took us to the cubicle to do the application. When it came time to print they seemed to be having a problem with the printer. The manager was in the Mall and came in to do the release or something. When she entered the store and saw us sitting at the back she started screaming that PD's are not done on Sundays. She was in the entrance of the shop and we were at the cubicle at the back - all the people in the shop were laughing at us. I could not make out everything she was saying as it was in her language. She then went into her office and phoned the little lady that was helping us and I could hear her screaming at this poor little girl. We were asked us to come back in the morning - needless to say the printer was still not working in the morning and the manager had said it is because you cannot do a payday loan on a Sunday. When I left there i broke down in the parking lot because of the humiliation.<br> I sent Cash Convertors customer care an email on Monday - No one has had the decency to contact me or even just to acknowledge the email.
