Manager is unwilling to help extend pawn agreement

I contacted Cash Converters and spoke to Katlego which was unable to assist with extending the agreement as it was not available on the system. His manager was also busy with cashup at the time so could not help.<br> <br> I then contacted them this morning just after 9 to speak to the manager (Jordan) who was not willing to even try help. He said that I would need to come in to the branch or would need to send someone in to the branch. He also told me that there is no-one else that I could speak to that is superior to him and would not give me the owner's details to lay a complaint against him. <br> <br> In the past, I have been able to do this over the phone and he told me that it is not possible and that I would have not been able to do it over the phone before as it is against policy (Therefore implying that I am lieing to him).<br> <br> I do not appreciate that a manager calls me a **** and I am not impressed that he has now decided that he will not assist me. It seems to me that he was simply just not willing or in the mood to help me.<br> <br> This will be the last time that I conduct any form of business with Cash Converters and I will surely be taking this further should my item not be there tomorrow
