Loan payments not allocated

I have 2 cash converters loan accounts that were handed. I got a call from the debt collector and they gave me bank details and told me to use my ID as reference. I paid with EFT in April, May, June and July a R100 on the 1 month loan and R200 on the 3 months loan. I got a call yesterday from the collection agency telling me they did not get any of my payments. I told them I have been paying and sent the proof of payment for both. For the 1 month loan I was told they are allocating the payments. For the 3 months loan, I was told they are no longer dealing with it I must call cash conveters. I called cash conveters numerous times and there was no answer on the division that is dealing with my loan. This then means I lost a total of R800 on the 3 months loan and I do not even know where I must continue with the payments as they are no longer dealing with it. The collection agency does not even know when the 1 month loan payments will be allocated and no one responded to any of my emails. Please assist with allocating the payments an updating my payment profile with the correct details. I am trying to fix my credit profile and past financial mistakes here and the least you can do is work with me while I correct this
