Light that not working

Last week Friday I bought a second hand light at Springs mall(cash Converters) and I asked the lady if the light was tested and work... She said yes they did. Got home the light is not working and I took it back this morning and I found the very same lady and she was very friendly and called the manager, a white guys by the name of Marchant Blanche came and gave me a hell of an attitude telling that he's not gonna refund me I must take something equavalent to the price an I must read what the policy says online about electrical. And I asked him where does it say that on the slip and he carried on by telling the lady to give me my money and block my name from buying at cash Converters. You could see that he's doing this to black customers and a sticking attitude. I
