KEMPTON PARK ARE BULLIES AND ****MERS

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KEMPTON PARK!! THEY ARE *****S AND WILL HAPPILY COMMIT FALSE ADVERTISING. My name is Tafara Chiura, I purchased a LENOVO laptop from your Kempton Park branch on the 28th of June, upon taking it to my technician to upgrade we discovered it had 4 GB RAM, It was advertised and sold to me as an 8gb (myself and the sales person forgot to check specs as I was excited and stressed). I had already had a ****mer try and rob me hence why I was in Kempton Park. I have a long-standing relationship with the Blackheathe Branch (ABSOLUTE BEST ONE, LOVE THOSE GUYS). so I called back the same day and was asked to bring the machine back the next day. I was met with an ambush from not only the consultant but the store manager and everybody else in the front. yes I had opened the machine voiding warranty but I had made my intention clear that I was going to upgrade it from 8 GB to 16 GB. So not only did we find out the Ram slot was faulty (not upgradeable) but it only had 4gb. 10th generation I5 with 4gb...I would never even consider if it was that was the case. so of course I was flatly refused and blamed for my negligence as a consumer for not verifying myself ( a hard lesson learned not to trust even established companies with PUBLIC REPUTATIONS) so due to the machine being a mess I sold it to Blackheath. if you contact me I will happily give you ay information you need to trace back the transaction. you can even look at the camera from Friday and saturday and you will see me. Basically i remembered I have rights so I will be reporting this and the whole Kempton Park Branch to the Consumer Rights Commission. I would like a serious case of FALSE ADVERTISING to be brought to the branch. Thank you and see you in court. I would also like to report the floor manager and tech support for bullying their client when they knew they were in the wrong. Very malicious behavior to protect their jobs. the entire branch has a rotting core. I would replace them all
