Just don't use them!
What a horrible experience at your @CashConverters Greenstone store!The person who attended to me was arrogant and unfriendly. Most worrying, is that they were ill-informed of the value of items and unwilling to even Google the brand names. Sellers should be aware the cash they offer is well well well below the value of items. Don't put yourself through selling to them.
